Party consent and intake

Buyer, seller, government officer, and Kemedar operator collect consent and define the property transfer scope.

Document and AI extraction review

Contracts, IDs, title documents, and registry references are collected for review. AI extraction is advisory only.

Bank escrow hold

Funds are held only by an approved escrow bank partner. Kemedar does not receive or custody funds.

Registry authority review

The competent authority performs official title and notarization checks outside KemeGov.
